On Set Etiquette and Vocabulary for Parents of Child Actors

Basic on-set etiquette and vocabulary to help parents feel more prepared, professional, and calm when their child books a job or steps onto set. We also answer parent questions from the Child Actor 101 community, including topics such as agents vs. managers, when to look for new representation, how location affects opportunities, what to spend on headshots and acting classes, and how to support your child’s acting journey without putting too much pressure on them.
