To create awareness for feminism, people have to see why feminism matters. But many people believe feminism has run its course. Who needs feminism? The truth is: I do, and so do you. Because feminism is the best bullshit-detector there is. If we put on our feminist glasses, we’ll see through the bullshit surrounding gender stereotypes and roles. As Simone de Beauvoir would say: „One is not born, but rather, becomes a feminist”. Equality has to be fought for – it is earned, not given.
