The lift lobby only 2 elevators for passenger (left and middle part at the lift lobby) and 1 elevator only for staff use. (most right part at the lift lobby) Above level 6 and basement floor is locked although you have hotel room access card. Unless you are the hotel staff at the hotel, you can use access card for staff and then you can go to basement floor and above 6 floor. I triggered the 'nudge mode' from the elevator.
