BREAKING: Judge Dismisses Daniel Penny Manslaughter Charge After Jury Deadlock

Ex-Marine Daniel Penny, the man charged in the killing of a homeless man on the New York Subway, is facing a lesser charge after the jury in the case could not agree on whether or not he was guilty of manslaughter in the second degree.
