The first video is about how to clean new Bamboo Steamer Basket before use. 대나무 찜기 전처리 준비물 - 대나무찜기(15cm), 굵은 소금 반컵, 식초 반컵, 소주 한컵 (소주잔 기준) 대나무찜기 25cm~30cm 경우 종이컵 한 컵 분량으로 하시길 추천드립니다. What You Need - Bamboo Steamer Basket(15cm), Coarse salt 1/2 Cup, Vinegar 1/2 Cup, Soju( alcoholic drink) 1 Cup (with Soju glass) 1. 대나무찜기의 표면을 다듬어줍니다. Trim the surface of the bamboo steamer 2. 물에 굵은 소금, 식초, 소주를 넣고 끓입니다. 보글보글 끓으면 대나무 찜기를 넣고 20분 가량 끓여줍니다. Put coarse salt, vinegar, and soju in water. When it boils, put the bamboo steamer basket and boil them for about 20 minutes. 3. 찬물에 담급니다. Put them in cold water. 4. 그늘에 말려줍니다. Dry them in the shade 5. 전 과정을 2~3번 정도 진행해주면 됩니다.
