In this short video we show the process of how we install the floor insulation to our self converted van build. This floor has NO BATTENS! We've strategically cut and glued various insulations to give us a FULLY insulated floor. 25mm Celotex / Kingspan / ecotherm / PIR insulation, will be the core of the van floor insulation. We sourced a very specific product called NasBoard to fill the 10mm voids in the ribs of the floor and all of this has been glued down using hybrid sealant / adhesive.
