"Now the pharmacy services are more organized and efficient than before, which was very limited, both in terms of space and capacity," she said. The pharmacy is now divided into four specialized sections. The first section is dedicated to neurology and mental health medications, separated from the other sections. The second section is dedicated to chronic disease medications, while there is also a separate area for general medications. In addition, there is a dedicated area for medical supplies, such as colostomy bags and urine bags. The pharmacy is also now equipped with special storage shelves and two air conditioning units to ensure that medications are stored in conditions that meet standards, including appropriate temperature control. Previously, the pharmacy operated in a temporary building with limited space and inadequate temperature conditions. After renovations, the pharmacy now has a larger space and is more suitable for storing medications. The pharmacy has also been fully integrated with a computerized system to reduce patient congestion and increase the speed and efficiency of service. Providing quality and efficient services is MER-C Indonesia's commitment to the people of Gaza. Continuous efforts to improve and enhance medical capacity and facilities are part of this ongoing commitment.
