In 1366, the Darogheh house was sold to one of the religious groups of Yazd by the heirs of Yusuf Khan. But finally, it was in 1391 that it was bought by Mashhad Municipality and renovated and was able to get the 13th rank in the list of works protected by the UNESCO Cultural Heritage Organization.
