Juice of 1 lime. 1 cucumber-280 g. 180 g yogurt. 180 g cold water. 50 g cream cheese. 2 cloves garlic. Dill. 2-3 tablespoons olive oil. Salt to taste. Additional sauce. (you can double the amount if you wish) 2 tablespoons yogurt. 1 tablespoon cream cheese. 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts. Hummus with avocado and chickpeas. Ingredients: 1 avocado. Juice of 1 lemon. 250 g cooked chickpeas. 30 ml olive oil. 50 g whole grain sesame tahini. 1/3 teaspoon chili (optional) 12 teaspoon ground cumin. 20 g spinach. Salt to taste.
