On my first playthrough, I just used a bunch of different weapons and somehow managed to clear the game based on vibes alone lol. But for my second playthrough (NG+), I decided to focus mainly on the Samurai Katana and challenged myself to get flawless (No Damage) runs against the bosses. This is the record of that journey. Whether you enjoy the game as a hack-and-slash looter, or dive deep into the hardcore action mechanics, there's so much to enjoy. It was an incredibly fun experience feeling my own skills improve little by little and seeing my growth as a player. What an amazing game! [Equipment / Build] 3 pieces: Yorimitsu's Four Guardians 5 pieces: Fallen General 2 pieces: Warrior of the East's Honor 3 pieces: Grace of Benzaiten Skills: "Versatility" and other general damage-boosting skills. Clan Protection: "Do Not Violate the Samurai Code" (Melee Damage UP) Notes: ・I realized the "Refashion" (transmog) feature was available from the Heian period onwards, so I changed my appearance, but my actual equipment loadout remained exactly the same. Before obtaining the Yasakani Magatama, I didn't have the Warrior of the East and Benzaiten set bonuses active (if I remember correctly). As for weapons, I moderately upgraded their plus values (+ values), except for the Final Boss Level Sync run. ・While progressing through the story in NG+ (Shogun's Journey), the bosses I flawlessly defeated (No Damage) were around the recommended level to recommended level +10~20. For those with a level gap of 20 or more, I used Level Sync via the Battle Scrolls. ・The final boss Hiruko was such an amazing boss! So after reaching Lv 250, I added one run using Level Sync, and another run without Level Sync but completely Naked (Unarmored Damage Bonus). The damage output while naked was insane!
