The TechniRouter 5/1x4 can supply up to four users with the complete range of channels from a single satellite position. Existing cabling in residential buildings can be used without the need for new cabling. The new TechniRouter is simply integrated into existing multiswitch systems to supply multi-tuner devices, such as the TechniCorder ISIO STC, with four satellite signals via a single cable. For example, the TechniCorder ISIO STC can be equipped with a dual-tuner module S, allowing four tuners to be used for satellite television. This enables users to watch one program, record two programs simultaneously, and stream another.
