What is a pancreatic cystic tumor? Can it cause cancer? No. 117 [Today's Question] I recently underwent a colonoscopy and was diagnosed with early-stage colon cancer. I was happy that I was able to undergo endoscopic surgery and avoid abdominal incision, but an abdominal CT scan taken at the time revealed a "cystic tumor" in my pancreas.
