[Touhou 1] Shrine of the Wind (MIDI Arrangement)

the Unused track in Touhou 1: Highly Responsive to Prayers. This unused theme, like a forgotten theme. I find it really just as catchy and groovy. for some reason (in my own words), this theme doesn't feel anything deep or dark. it's just a generic type of Japanese music you'll hear often in Japanese culture. (specifically traditional ones) so I had to include this as part of the arrangement in HRtP OST. Note: this is the only arrangement to ever have a ZUNpet playing. (I added it because why not?)
