It's the result of extensive work focused on long-distance pumpfoiling, while remaining accessible to the widest possible audience. Its objective: to allow practitioners with normal physical abilities to significantly increase their flight time and distances covered in dockstart. The Pierra Manta is distinguished by its reduced energy consumption of only 150 watts in pumpfoil, compared to 300 to 400 watts for classic dockstart wings. But performance in distance also relies on another key: an extremely easy takeoff, regardless of the type of start: dropstart, dockstart, beachstart. This ability not only allows you to cover long distances but also to take off again easily, especially in dockstart. The Pierra Manta embodies the dream of flying and gliding on the water using only leg strength, without wind or motor.
