This webinar provides a focused overview of the Clean Technology Investment Tax Credit (CT ITC) and how it can support low-carbon retrofit projects in multi-unit residential (and commercial) buildings. The session explains how the CT ITC works in practice, what types of retrofit measures may be eligible, and what building owners and project teams need to consider early to determine whether pursuing the credit makes sense. The presentation also goes over how to access support through LandlordBC’s Rental Apartment Retrofit Accelerator.
