06-13-2026 I apologize for this video but wanted to share anyway, it was a lot of work standing up at Lamont Odett Vista Point overlooking the Lake Palmdale while filming in these extreme conditions, my footage captures struggle of holding a little handheld camera against gale-force dusty winds and moisture caused by the helicopters while the sun is setting. The audio is completely overwhelmed by the strong 40 to 45 mph gusts of wind and the distance I was filming from totally drowned out the engine noise.
