DMMS and Vref - Ride Along on This!

This is the second in a series of AQP ride along videos. This one illustrates DMMS and Vref, and some common mis conceptions about using this gentle reminder to stay in the envelope. Over the last 20 years, more than 80% of all GA fatal accidents in the USA have occurred in day VFR conditions. Of the 80%, most of those were simple loss of speed awareness accidents in one way or another. An airplane can be stalled at any airspeed, but below 1000 AGL there is no recovery.
