My take on these early generation McIntosh amplifier and how they sound. Thanks for watching. What I meant to say at 25:20 is McIntosh MC-501 not 502 my apologies. The MC-501 MC-402 MC-252, all came with the 3D face plates, it is my opinion that these were the last McIntosh amplifiers that had the older vintage McIntosh sound. The amplifiers coming after are more neutral faster and tend to sound more like modern amps of this day.
