MY E-BIKE IS TOO FAST - E-BIKE LAWS ARE CHANGING

I'm on the fence... I question whether or not I should ride E-bikes... The LAWS are changing... These new laws are either making it illegal for me to ride an upgraded e-bike or forcing me to register and insure my ride... Have you seen an ebike rider get pulled over by law enforcement...
