After watching "Iron Fist Education," one episode lingered in my mind for a long time. In the show, the mother handed her child a so-called "smart drug." She believed that if her child was just a little more capable, a little more successful than others, their future would be easier. It wasn't that she didn't love her child; she loved them too much. Seeing that scene, a sentence suddenly came to mind: Many parents don't want to control their children; they're just too afraid of their children losing. Afraid they won't keep up. Afraid they'll be left behind by society. Afraid they haven't given them the best. So we start constantly "adding" Adding tutoring. Adding extracurricular activities. Adding nutritional supplements. Some even believe that just one pill can make a child better. But we rarely stop to ask our children, "What do you really need?" The biggest challenge for parents is often not "not giving enough," but not knowing when to stop. Love without boundaries becomes pressure. Expectations without understanding become a burden. What parents need to do is... I believe you've already tried your best, and you've done very well. Children need an adult who believes they can grow up gradually.
