I attempted a full yo-yo thru hike from Grundy to Foster Falls -- and back -- in a 3 day span. I was able to complete this beast, but please know this will challenge most people and it's not an easy-to-moderate friendly hike; it's difficult. There are tons of boulders to navigate without hurting an ankle, unforgiving steep climbs and the length factor. I had a blast backpacking this thing and hope this serves as a great guide for anyone who is going to an attempt a thru hike of the Gizzard.
