How to give criticism - The “Sandwich Method"

I’m going to teach you the “Sandwich technique” and how you can use it when giving criticism or negative feedback. Giving criticism and 'negative feedback' can be quite tricky because it’s a sensitive topic. Not everyone will take feedback the same way. Using the sandwich method will build better rapport and relations to communicate across ’criticism’ or ’negative’ points without seeming so harsh at the same time.
