Put all ingredients in a blender, then blend until the sugar dissolves for 30 seconds. 2. Add the flour and margarine and blend again for 30 seconds. 3. Add the vanilla, baking powder, and baking soda and blend again for 30 seconds. 4. Remove from heat and grease the mold with margarine or oil. 5. Pour the mixture into the mold ¾ full, let it sit for a while, then cover. Once it's ½ cooked and risen, remove the lid and top with chocolate sprinkles. 6.
