The Factory Chopper with the over-sized rear tire has rolled out in the 2024 Model Year. The Breakout is back for another year after its return in 2023. Harley-Davidson's objective when they first debuted the Breakout in 2013 was to take inspiration from the custom chopper scene and bundle it with the highest level of finishes and paint.
