REVIVING My Sawmill | UNTOUCHED for 4 Years

Today I’m getting our Woodland Mills HM130MAX portable sawmill running again after sitting for nearly four years. The fuel was bad, the battery was missing, and with deep snow and short winter days, nothing else could move forward until the mill did. In this video, I perform basic sawmill maintenance, bring the mill back to life, cut down a tree, and mill structural beams and floor boards. The day finishes by installing the first beam on the chicken coop frame — officially starting the build. This is real-world sawmill work on a small family farm: cold conditions, limited daylight, and steady progress using a portable bandsaw mill. From maintenance to milling, this shows what it actually takes to turn standing timber into usable lumber.
