Pre-K 4 Homeschool Curriculum 2025-2026 | What We’re Using for Our 4 Year Old Starting in July! In this video, I’m sharing our complete Pre-K 4 curriculum plan for my daughter as we start our homeschool year in July! We’re excited to build strong foundations in a gentle, play-based way while preparing for Kindergarten. Here’s what we’ll be using: Math • Finishing up our current preschool math at home • Then transitioning into Math with Confidence K – a hands-on, mastery-based program that’s perfect for building number sense, concepts, and confidence ELA / Language Arts • Writing for Learners series for beautiful handwriting practice • A combination of Explode the Code (for phonics and early reading skills) + All About Reading Pre-Reading for letter sounds, blending, and pre-reading fun All Other Subjects (Science, Social Studies, History, Character, etc.) • The Me and My series from Little School of Smiths – we’re loving this gentle, family-friendly, Charlotte Mason-inspired approach that covers multiple subjects in a beautiful, integrated way. I’ll walk through why we chose each resource, how we plan to schedule our days, what we’re excited about, and any tips for other homeschooling parents of 4-year-olds!
