Bending 180º with HOSSFELD™ 180º Tube Die

HOW-TO bend tube to 180º on a HOSSFELD™ No. 2 Bender using a 180º Tube Die. Use a 180º Tube or Pipe Die to make radius bends from just a few degrees (offsets) up to 180º (U-bends or return bends). Make clean, precise 90º right-angle bends. This vid demonstrates mounting the 180º die, the back block, and the draw block. It also shows how to use the L-Type swinging frame to complete a full 180º bend.
