The Noodle Hack: Place the noodles in a microwave-safe dish with a lid and heat for 1 minute (at 600W). This loosens the noodles so they easily separate in the pan without breaking. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. 2. The Anti-Soggy Workflow: Heat a wok over high heat. Sear the pork belly until slightly crispy. Add onions, carrots, and cabbage.
