Can Garmin Daily Suggestions improve our Marathon time? Episode 9
In this video we're going through 2 weekends. In the first weekend we will run the Wings for Life World Run, which will also be a long run for our marathon training. And the second weekend will be a half marathon race at the Ingolstadt Half Marathon where we will try to practice the whole routine before a race to be prepared for when the marathon is coming. We, Gabriela and Bogdan, are on a mission to set a new marathon personal best and we are going to do what our watch suggests. Using a Garmin Forerunner 255S Music we are going to be using the Garmin Daily Suggestions to follow what workouts our watch sets everyday in the hope that it can get us a new personal best in 6 weeks time. ↓↓ Do you think a personal best is on the cards?
