Hometown Eats: Hot Dog House
It’s called a hole in the wall by the owners and locals but The Hot Dog House is an institution in Covington, VA. The hospitality alone is reason to check this place out but it’s the “famous” chili that will turn you into a regular. It’s a 75-year-old Greek recipe that honestly is some of the best chili I’ve featured during my time hosting Hometown Eats. Tell em Logan sent ya! The Hot Dog House is located at 115 N Maple Ave, Covington, VA 24426 and is open Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm. STORY: https://www.wdbj7.com/2025/07/03/home...
