The €5,300 EPT Barcelona 2024 Main Event has attracted 1,890 entrants through the starting heats. Late registration remains open until play resumes on Tuesday, September 3rd, at 12PM (CEST). Reigning champion Simon Wiciak joined fellow PokerStars Ambassadors Ramon Colillas, Maria Konnikova, and Rafael Moraes among advancing players. Day 2 starts with the blinds at 1,000/1,500, meaning late entrants may join the action with 20 big blinds. The tournament average is around 60 big blinds.
