First, I went to a cake shop I've always wanted to go to and looked at some delicious looking cakes, then enjoyed some freshly fried croquettes from the butcher as a snack. After shopping at the huge Tobu South Hills facility, I went to an early hot spring and headed to Kaiyodai Parking Lot. I had hot pot in the snow, filled my stomach, and stayed in the car for the night. The next day, we overlooked the snowy landscape from Kaiyodai and headed towards Mount Moan, famous for its "cow" character, and despite some mishaps, we kept walking towards the summit.
