We wanted to talk to you a little about the bicycle industry. Not to complain—we promise—but because it's been bothering us for a while. Between the preconceived notions, the "I was told that..." and the somewhat vague discourse, we thought it was time to talk about it for real. At the Rifugio, we often talk about it over coffee, between adjustments or unfunny jokes. So we thought: We might as well continue here, camera on.
