We spent the day exploring by eating ONLY Michelin recommended food spots and honestly… Vietnam’s food scene deserves all the hype. From crispy bánh xèo and duck porridge to comforting bowls of bánh canh, every stop felt completely different while still feeling deeply rooted in Vietnamese culture and family recipes. This trip wasn’t about luxury fine dining. It was about finding the soul behind the food through local Michelin-recommended restaurants across Da Nang. Between the hidden caves, Buddhist temples, panoramic ocean views, and the history inside the mountain itself, it honestly became one of the highlights of the trip. And on the way to our final Michelin stop, we crossed the iconic at night, where the city lights reflected across the river and the dragon bridge brought the whole city to life. Da Nang surprised us in the best way possible. Amazing food, beautiful scenery, rich culture, and some of the most memorable meals we’ve had in Vietnam so far.
