Sometimes bedtime is when the body finally has our attention. You may feel stress, anxiety, unease, or discomfort in your body, but not have a clear memory or story connected to it. And that can feel confusing. In this video, I’m sharing a gentle EFT tapping practice for those moments when your body seems to remember something, even if your mind doesn’t have words for it. We’re not going to force a memory to come up. We’re not going to dig or push. We’re simply going to notice what’s here, support the nervous system, and gently come back to the present moment. This practice may be especially supportive if: • bedtime brings up anxiety or unease • you feel body sensations without knowing why • your nervous system feels activated when you try to rest • you want a gentle tapping practice for sleep anxiety Please go slowly with this. If strong emotions or memories come up, pause, look around your room, and connect with support from a therapist, somatic practitioner, EFT practitioner, or trusted health professional.
