Currently excelsior or camper augments works as a replacement for this one (for arcade mode) but it's good to have f2p option. Having 1K damage per shot is always usefull because it means that in most cases you will need 1 less shot to destroy target. Dictator hull is not particularly best for this augment but it can fill some supportive or defensive role considering dictator's overdrive or augment I used.
