Full recipe https://getrecipe.org/chicken-adobo-2/ INGREDIENTS 3 lbs chicken whole 4 tbsp vinegar 6 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 1 tsp sugar 5 cloves garlic crushed 4 tbsp cooking oil 1 cup water 3 pcs bay leaves dried INSTRUCTIONS 1. Combine the chicken, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar, and garlic in a large mixing bowl. Cover and marinate the chicken for 1 hour. 2. In a saucepan, heat cooking oil. Fry the chicken over medium heat until the edges turn golden brown. 3. Pour in the remaining marinade into the saucepan, add water, and bay leaves. Put the lid and bring the chicken to a boil for 30 minutes. 4. Remove the lid. Cook for 20 minutes using high heat. Stir occasionally until the sauce is reduced and thickened.
