Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Jayananda shares wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on how to cultivate devotion in one’s search for God. Along with the science of yoga meditation, the art or practice of devotion — yearning and love for the Divine — is essential on the spiritual path. The one thing that God doesn’t have, and that He craves, is the love of His children, Paramahansa Yogananda has explained. “You may try many ways to find God,” Paramahansaji said, “but He will elude you until you pour forth great love to Him from your heart.”  This talk with a period of meditation was given at the SRF temple in Hollywood, California on July 31, 2022.
