In an emotional video titled My Cancer Journey, the actor revealed that he was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2025 but chose to keep the illness private. After undergoing chemotherapy, radiotherapy, scans, medical tests, and other treatments, he says he can no longer continue alone due to the overwhelming cost. The actor also thanked Destiny Etiko, Uche Nancy, Lizzy Gold, Ebele Okaro, his family, and everyone who has supported him throughout this difficult journey.
