That's exactly what we're building in the 5AM Squat Club—a daily morning routine where busy men train together before work, before the kids wake up, and before the excuses start. If you don't have a local CrossFit box, that doesn't mean you have to train alone. Every morning we show up together, complete a functional workout, check in with each other in the live chat, and then take that momentum into an Hour of Action where we build the rest of our lives. The workout is only part of the system. The goal is to become stronger, more capable, more disciplined, and more intentional in every area of your life. Today's workout: EMOM x 12 Minutes Odd Minutes: 2–15 Box Jumps or Step-Ups Even Minutes: 1–10 Pull-Ups. Use a band or leg assistance if needed. Focus on quality reps and consistent effort. Scale to your current ability. Opportunity Work: EMOM x 10 Minutes 3 Position Hang Power Snatch Use a barbell if you have one. If you are brand new to the movement, use a broomstick. If you don't have access to a barbell, 1 or 2 dumbbells work. After the workout, don't just go back to scrolling. Spend one uninterrupted hour building the life you actually want. Start the business. Learn the skill. Read the book. Clean the garage. Make the phone call. Work on the project you've been putting off. That's the real purpose of the 5AM Squat Club. We don't just train for fitness.
