I wanted to share another approach for small group personal training program design that I have been testing that I really like that focuses on the concurrent model with: One dynamic effort full body training day One submax effort full body training day One repetition effort full body training day I'm a big believer in the concurrent program design model (where we work on different physical abilities at the same time, organized in a specific way) and full body training (especially for general population) so combining these has been successful, both from a results standpoint, as well as a client experience standpoint.
