These steps will work for many other vehicles as well. SUPPLIES Trans Cooler (shown in the vid is a 10" T x 7" W cooler with inlet/outlet facing to the side, but many others will do). Recommended brands: B&M, Mishimoto, Hayden, Permacool, etc. Hayden 106 hose (3/8", 4 1/2 ft) 1 QT ATF (for the GS400, get TOYOTA Type T-IV ATF) Hose clamps Metal, bendable brackets to attach cooler to subframe Some metric fasteners to secure cooler to vehicle OPTIONAL BUT RECOMMENDED Tru-Cool Long brand Transmission Cooler External Thermal Bypass 708-4739P6, thermostatic Oil Bypass Valve / Switch (reduces or eliminates flow to the external trans cooler until a certain temperature is met, such as 170*F). This prevents over-cooling the transmission fluid in cooler months. $58 on Amazon.
