When the machine is turned over, a burned terminal is identified on the motor harness. To check if the motor is still working, a test jumper is used with flat wires and verified that it rotates in both directions. This indicates that the motor is in good condition. Check the electronic board: The main board is disassembled, where it is observed that the terminals have come loose due to overheating. The circuit is opened to inspect the triacs and internal tracks. A partially functional replacement board is used to perform a combined repair, utilizing known-good components. 💡Triac Test: The varnish-protected connections are stripped to perform continuity tests with a multimeter. The triacs are verified to be correctly connected between the indicated terminals, ruling out shorts and confirming their operation. This step is key to ensuring the board can control the motor's rotation in both directions. 🔩Repair of Damaged Tracks: Breaks in the tracks that prevent the motor from rotating completely are detected. A wire jumper is used to restore continuity.
