This somatic meditation is part of The Regulated Center Method, moving through the third room: Fire. Fire is the room of power, heat, boundary, and life force. It is where you begin when your body feels tense, reactive, frustrated, angry, compressed, or ready to push back. In this practice, Wendy guides you through a safe, body-based way to let anger and trapped charge move without harming yourself or anyone else. You will use pressure, strength, breath, firm exhales, and simple boundary gestures to give the fire in your body a clean channel. This meditation is especially supportive for moments when anger has been swallowed, frustration has been building, or your nervous system feels clenched, anxious, or activated. Rather than suppressing the heat or letting it explode, you are invited to let it move through the body on purpose, then settle into a steadier, calmer, more grounded center. The practice closes with one simple portable cue you can return to anytime the heat builds again: press your hands together firmly and let one strong exhale carry the charge out.
