Possible job titles and roles relevant to this qualification include:  Enterprise trainer  Enterprise assessor  Registered training organisation (RTO) trainer  RTO assessor  Training adviser or training needs analyst  Vocational education teacher Prerequisite requirements: There are no prerequisite requirements for individual units of competency. Pathways from the Qualification: After achieving TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, candidates may undertake TAA50104 Diploma of Training and Assessment or may choose to undertake TAE70110 Vocational Graduate Certificate in Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy Practice. Entry Requirements: Not applicable, however you will be required to demonstrate your competency through the practical demonstration and delivery to groups of students, or people, in a simulated, or real training environment. You will be required to deliver 3 demonstrations that are to be videoed and sent to the Australian Adult Learning Institute via email or post. A third party report may be taken into consideration for the 3 demonstrations. Simply contact us and we will be able to advise you how this can be achieved. Mode of Delivery All of our qualifications are Nationally Recognised and can be completed online, by correspondence, within the workplace, or on location. All courses have a duration of twelve months from the time of enrollment to the time of completion. It is recommended that you complete one unit every month. Our team of Trainers and Assessors coach and motivate you towards the successful completion of your qualification. We make your learning experience supportive and rewarding. There are two modes of training you can choose from: 1. Online Learning Learning designed for people on the move or prefer to learn online. Our qualified Trainers and Assessors will provide you with support to ensure that you become qualified with confidence. You will have access to your very own online learning where you can view all the learning resources you need to successfully complete your qualification. Once enrolled, your online learning will be activated and you will be introduced to your dedicated Trainer and Assessor. Your Trainer and Assessor will work with you throughout your learning journey via phone, email or online. 2. Within the Workplace Our qualified Trainers and Assessors will come to your workplace or a venue of your choice and coach your staff through to the successful completion of their qualification, or to give your staff the perfect platform to beginning their qualification motivated and with confidence. All qualifications can be tailored specifically to your industry needs to incorporate units of competency that would have maximum impact within your workplace. We understand that time is important within business and are flexible to work around your timing needs. Training events are from 1/2 day – 5 days. Following the training event your staff will be introduced to their dedicated Trainer and Assessor. This Trainer and Assessor will work with your staff throughout their learning journey via phone, email or online.
