Victoria Kuzmina is one of the first women in Ukraine to master the latest weapons provided by foreign partners. A warrior, a woman and a guardian of the Ukrainian family. Before the war, Victoria Kuzmina was a happy mother of two children and a loving wife. Together with her husband Viktor, they served in one of the units of the Air Force. They dreamed of their own home and future, raised their children in love and respect for their native land. But on February 24, 2022, the war mercilessly reshaped their lives. On the first day of the full-scale invasion, Viktor died in the Luhansk region while performing a combat mission. The pain of loss could break anyone. But not Victoria. She did not give up. In memory of her husband, she continued the service that she once began with him. She mastered English, underwent complex training and became an operator of one of the most modern anti-aircraft missile systems in the world, the Patriot. Professional and responsible, these are the words her comrades use to describe her. Her unit stands guard over the Ukrainian sky day and night, destroying missiles of various types and modifications. Each downed enemy target means lives saved, children's peace, and the continuation of her country's life. But Victoria does not stop. Despite serving and raising two children, she enrolled in studies and is acquiring a new specialty - "Law". Because she believes that strength is not only in weapons, but also in knowledge and justice. Senior Lieutenant Victoria Kuzmina is a story of love, pain, and great strength of a Ukrainian woman who holds the sky, memory, and faith. Her life is divided into "before" and "after." But even in the most difficult moments, she remains strong, gentle, and real. She lives. She raises children. She dreams of Victory. And every day she fights for it.
