Junkyard with 4,000 classics and a GHOST TOWN! We bring home a new project.

We traveled all the way to Texas hunting for our next project… but ended up discovering an entire ghost town filled with cars and parts. Welcome back to Newbern’s Garage! In this episode, we hit the road from Georgia to Texas to search for the perfect project vehicle to bring home. Our first stop? Browne Auto Salvage, a massive junkyard packed with over 4,000 classic cars. We walked more than 5 miles exploring rows of old iron—but somehow left empty-handed. Then things got interesting… We headed north to Roosevelt, Oklahoma after hearing rumors of a ghost town turned salvage yard—and it did NOT disappoint. The entire town is filled with abandoned cars, hidden treasures, and parts everywhere you look. Finally, we checked out a private collection where Chantell finds the one—a 1961 International B160 that we couldn’t leave behind. We load it up and haul it all the way back home to Georgia. Huge thanks to our friends John, Brandy, and Michael for joining the adventure—and to Ryan Brutt for the tip on the ghost town! #junkyard #rooseveltoklahoma #browneautosalvage #roadtrip #newbernsgarage #projecttruck #junkyardfinds #classiccars
