Portuguese model Sara Sampaio gets emotional at her Victoria's Secret fashion show fitting

(31 Oct 2016) SARA SAMPAIO GETS EMOTIONAL SEEING HER VICTORIA'S SECRET WINGS Portuguese model Sara Sampaio walked in her first Victoria's Secret fashion show in 2013 and was named an official angel last year. The excitement hasn't worn off for the 25-year-old, as she got emotional seeing the wings she will wear in this year's runway show. Cameras were rolling Monday (31 OCT. 2016) as Sampaio was fitted for her wings for the first time and Sampaio wiped away tears. She will close out a section of the show called secret angel. "They look like smoke and secret angel is all about this powerful, seductive woman," described Sampaio. "She's a secret - she's a secret agent and she gets everything she wants and the whole section is all about the blacks and it's gonna be incredible. I'm so, so, so happy. They made me tear up and I'm closing the section and the wings are unbelievable. They totally exceed my expectations. I'm tearing up again. They're amazing." Sampaio posed with the wings and said she's proud to represent a brand that encourages women to love their bodes and to be healthy. "One thing Victoria Secret does is we all work really hard for our bodies," she said. We are strong women. We eat very healthy, we work out and I feel like the whole Victoria Secret sport now I feel like it's getting girls to really feel this positive thing about their bodies and to work out and be healthy and be strong, not be skinny, be strong. I think that's the whole image VS has been trying to get around and that's very important and I feel like every girl should love their body and every body is different and always be try to be the best version of yourself." This year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show will take place in Paris on Nov. 30. It will air Dec. 5 on CBS in the U.S., but will also be seen in more than 190 countries. Other models confirmed to walk in the runway show include Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, sisters Gigi and Bella Hadid, Karlie Kloss and Kendall Jenner.
