Recently, we had 25th anniversary of DJ Quik's "Safe + Sound" album - one of the greatest West Coast & G-Funk albums of all time, made by one of the best and underrated producers ever. DJ Quik production skills are legendary and he also made some great beats for Danny Boy durning his Death Row dayz. "Steppin'" and it's G-Funk remix are the perfect example of pure G-Funk sound at it's finest! Hearing those records, it's a damn shame Danny Boy's Death Row album was never released, as it was clearly going platinum plus with tracks like that! #deathrowrecords
