The plan was designed with the intention of making a landmark where visitors can experience a unique waterfront culture on the Han River. It consists of four structures: Gabbit Island, Chaebit Island, Solbit Island, and Yebit Island, but the official introduction introduces the remaining three structures except Yebit Island as members of Sebit Island. Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. is the main contractor, and STX Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. also participated in the construction. Sebit Island Co., Ltd., the largest shareholder with a 57 percent stake in Sebit Island, is an affiliate of Hyosung Group. 1 Island Gabbitseom (formerly Vista): It has a concert hall, a moonlit walkway, and is an island of performing culture. 2 Island Chai Bit Island (formerly Viva): It is the first of the three islands to be completed. It is an island of entertainment with a cultural experience facility. The Golden Blue Marina is located here, and it operates various yacht experience programs and tubesters. 3 Island Solbit Island (formerly Terra): There is a water leisure facility. Media Art Gallery Yebitseom: It is used as a cultural event, video viewing, and stage space.
